What’s new with the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee? Diesel engines are no longer available in the lineup, but an additional model called the Trackhawk has been added, and active noise cancellation has been made standard. Celebrating the 25th Anniversary, the Grand Cherokee has added a Sterling Edition for the Limited models. This edition comes with lower fascia applique, platinum tow hooks, and a new Real Metal package. The High Altitude edition is also back for 2018 and includes a dual-pane sunroof, step pad, tail lamps, and Anodized Gun Metal interior accents.

The brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee Trackhawk comes with an upgraded adaptive suspension and Brembo brakes, high-performance tires, and additional changes to the interior design that give it an overall new look.
What options are available for engines?
In the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, there are five engine options. Standard with all models is the 3.6-liter V6 with an 8-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.
