While it was there they brought a few things to my attention, such as changing air filter, transmission fluid, etc. I had that done and now my car gets over 21 miles to the gallon (city).Mary Slawson, 03.03.14
BUT THAT IS NOT WHY I AM WRITING. THEY ALSO WASHED AND VACCUMNED MY CAR. WHILE VACCUMNING, THE PERSON FOUND THE FOLDED UP $20.00 BILL MY GRANDSON LOST IN DECEMBER. THE PERSON LAID IT ON THE BACK SEAT WHERE HE FOUND IT.
People are usually quick to write about a complaint, but I wanted to write about the honesty and integrity that your staff displayed.

I was surprised at how hard our salesman, Trice Ham, and the finance management team worked at making sure I went home in a Jeep within my price range! Trice patiently worked with us and even made our kids feel welcome while we waited. Fast forward..... I went in to get an oil change using the warranty I purchased and it was hassle free as well. They vacuumed and washed the Jeep with the oil change and got me in and out quickly! Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend!Mindy L. , March 29, 2014
I have to brag !! Not only did I get the perfect car, but I had two 1/2 (LOL) of what I consider, your best people that helped me get into my dream car. RJ (I unfortunately forgot his last name) in financing and Victor Cruz are awesome. I came in specifically after talking to Trice (Forgot his last name too) on the phone, looking for a 2010 Chrysler Sebring convertible with $750.00-1,000.00 as a down payment and car payments no more than $350.00 per month. I was sent across the street to see Victor. I told him what I wanted and and he said, "What if I can put you in this (MY 2012 FIAT CONVERTIBLE !!!) instead?" Need I say more? I test drove it, Victor worked his magic, RJ worked his and Trice, he made me jealous by showing me his picture with JJ Watt because I had my lucky 99 Texans Jersey on ! I felt like these men were really enjoying and liking the jobs they do.I called many, many other places before I talked to Trice. He is awesome too. Had it not been for his attitude with me as we spoke on the phone, I would have probably called many, many more places,. I'm sure this isn't the first "letter" you have received about these guys BUT, I know it's the best ! Thank you for having such a wonderful staff of people. Including the Ladies that greeted me at the door, to the funny guy (not sure what he did there exactly LOL) trying to sell me the orange motorcycle, I enjoyed every minute. I have been asked about my Fiat at least a couple of times a day and I tell them, Victor Cruz at Clear Lake Fiat - tell him I sent you !!!! Keep up the good work there, it really shows when people enjoy their jobs.Jill Bennett

"Great listening skills"I went to trade in a 350z roadster for a 2011 Camaro. While deciding what I wanted to purchase, the sales person Patti was exceptional LISTENING to what I wanted and showing me what I WANTED, not what they wanted to sell me. Since I didn't want to finance and just wanted to deal with trade and cash, she totally delivered what I wanted.
